1. What is YTSavr

YTSavr is a free tool that lets you download public YouTube videos for personal use. We don't host content or store copies of the videos on our servers — we act as a bridge between you and the source platform.

2. Acceptable use

By using YTSavr you agree to:

  • Download content only for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Respect the copyright of the video creator.
  • Not redistribute, resell or monetize downloaded content without the author's permission.
  • Not use the service to download private, illegal, or infringing content.
  • Not automate or scrape the site. Rate limits will be enforced.

3. Service limits

To keep the service free and available to everyone, we enforce:

  • Videos up to 10 minutes long.
  • Files up to 500 MB.
  • Up to 1 download per minute per IP.

These limits can change without notice.

4. Service availability

YTSavr is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty. We don't guarantee the service is always available, error-free, or able to download any video. Source platforms may change their protections at any time, breaking the service temporarily or permanently.

5. Intellectual property

All downloaded videos belong to their respective creators. YTSavr doesn't claim ownership of any downloaded content. If you're a rights holder and want a link removed or want to report abuse, see our DMCA policy.

6. Limitation of liability

In no event shall YTSavr be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. You decide what to download and how to use it — legal responsibility lies entirely with you.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. No affiliation

YTSavr is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, or endorsed by YouTube. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of YTSavr's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
